We just wanted to take a moment to thank Jack McCutchan/Fuller Towne and Country in Evergreen for the wonderful service on our recent home purchase.  My wife and I have purchased 6 homes and a condominium in the past 15 years. We have used several agents and sold homes ourselves so we are more up on what Real Estate agents are suppose to do and not do than most home buyers.
 

Jack McCutchan was at our door with listings the morning after we contacted him for help with our search for a new home. He made himself available 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week, except Monday evenings of course. His knowledge of areas and market conditions were amazing, combined with the data his office was able to provide it was easy to narrow our search. He was able to get us in to view homes when we wanted to look at them. The contracts were well written and presented exactly when we needed them presented not on the usually realtors time table. We did not make it easy on him but he never complained. Three attempts later we had a contract with a “for sale by owner”.  Without another realtor involved Jack had to do it all himself. Inspections and repairs were completed in record time and the purchase closed on schedule. The inclusion of a home warranty at no cost to us was above and beyond what we expected.

We recently became acquaninted with Jack McCutchan during the purchase of a piece of horse property in the Evergreen area.  Since we live and work nearly 100 miles away, we relied heavily upon Jack as our Real Estate Broker and as a new friend, who looked out for our welfare throughout the transaction and helped complete all of the required preliminary details. 

Jack was able to check on properties in our absence and helped us limit the nunber of properties, which fit our needs, thus avoiding wasting time driving to look at many that would not suit our purposes.  He helped us immensely doing lots of the tedious leg work in our absence and kept up well informed throughout the process.  We came to trust his judement and sought his advice on all aspects of the purchase.  It was refreshing to deal with someone who returned phone calls promptly, sought and found the answers to all our questions. and helped the progress of the transaction in every way he could.  Further, he has kept in contact in the three months since the closing to ensure that all of the final paper work was satisfactorily completed, and he continues to call and check on the progress of our building project, always asking if there is anything else he can do for us.

In a service business such as Real Estate sales, we have found Jack McCutchan to be a real asset in our relocation to the Evergreen area.  He is knowledgeable, honest, professional, and very helpful.  We would cetainly seek him out to employ his services again should the need arise, and we will recommend him to our friends with confidence.
